Health

Health introduces students to those topics which will help assure them of long, healthy, happy, and productive lives through proper health and hygiene. The course encourages students to seek the truth and sharpen their capacity to make the right judgment concerning health issues today.
(One semester course–0.5 credit)

Physical Education I, II, III

The physical education sequence promote, through selected physical activities, the establishment and maintenance of attitudes, ideals, drives, and conditions which enable each individual to establish a pattern of living that provides accomplishment and that contributes to group welfare.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is an extremely high intensity course designed to meet the needs of highly motivated students. Students will be given a workout routine that consists of stretching,weightlifting, and agility. Students should expect to work extremely hard and see significant increases in strength, power, and conditioning. Students will be graded on participation.

Summer Recreation Physical Education

The Summer Recreation Physical Education class is an intensive summer course lasting two weeks in June. All of the activities in Physical Education I, II, and III will be completed, along with several excursions to local facilities for extra activities, such as ice skating, hiking, bowling, and golf.

Summer Fitness Physical Education

The Summer Fitness Physical Education class is an intensive summer course lasting two weeks in June. All of the activities in Physical Education I, II, and III will be completed, along with several excursions to local facilities for extra activities, such as ice skating, hiking, bowling, and golf. This course is more rigorous than Summer Recreation Physical Education and will entail daily weight lifting sessions, exercise circuits, and more physical exercise.
