Congratulations to freshman, Adrenna Snipes for receiving Honorable Mention to the Associated Press Illinois All-State 2A team. Adrenna finished the season with 17.9 points per game, 5.0 rebounds per game, 3.26 assists per game, 5.45 steals per game.

The MCHS Athletic Office proudly announces Christopher Hartrich is one of only 26 high school students in the state of Illinois to be named to the prestigious IHSA All-State Academic Team. Chris was chosen from hundreds of Illinois high school seniors who were nominated based on their academic and athletic accomplishments.

Meghan Schorman started out strong in her debut on the mound as a University of Kentucky Wild Cat. Meghan allowed only two hits while retiring 15 straight. KU shut out Sam Houston State 6-0 in their first game of the season.
