Boys Soccer Coach Announcement

The Explorer Athletic Department announced that Jerry DiSalvo has taken the reigns of the boys soccer team. DiSalvo has more than 10 years of experience in the coaching staff of Lutheran North and John Burroughs High Schools, as well as more than 20 years of experience with several select soccer clubs throughout the St. Louis region.

Player of the Decade: Softball

Alexis Silkwood, Class of 2013, still holds Illinois state records in eight of the 20 pitching categories, including career wins (124), strikeouts (1,907), shutouts (100) and no-hitters (54). As a junior, she averaged 16.1 strikeouts per game and hit .552 her senior year.
