Description
The Alumni Coordinator will coordinate and manage programs, projects, and events to engage alumni including coordination of the annual Homecoming weekend events, reunion coordination and support, alumni tours of MCHS, regional alumni events throughout the country as needed, maintenance of class lists, updating of mailing lists and databases, and similar alumni related engagament as may be necessary. Strong communication, organizational and computer skills required.
Requirements
Alumni of MCHS. Strong knowledge of Marquette Catholic and its alumni base. Strong interpersonal skills required including verbally and in writing. Strong computer skills including use of outlook, office 365 tools including word and excel, google drive including sheets and docs, ability to learn and effectively use proprietary software.
