The Registration Process for all students enrolling in the 2019 - 2020 School Year begins in early 2019. The Academic Dean will be in contact with returning families, and the Director of Advancement will assist incoming families. In order to finalize registration, the Online RenWeb Enrollment Process must be completed, along with submission of the Enrollment Fee, $100 per child.
*Only those families that have submitted the Online Enrollment Package, Enrollment Fee, and have enrolled in FACTS Grant and Aid Assistance are eligible for 2019 -2020 financial aid and scholarship funds.

JULY 1, 2019
The first annual or semi-annual tuition payment is due. All families choosing the monthly payment plan option will have their first payment due during the month of July.
All Student Activity and Course Fees are due. You can pay online in your FACTS account or in the Business Office. No student will be issued a schedule unless this fee is paid in full.
PAYMENT POLICIES FOR THE 2019-20 SCHOOL YEAR
According to School Board Policy, students whose tuition payments are not current throughout the school year will not be allowed to take finals exams, begin a new semester, or graduate. No report cards or official transcripts are issued on past due accounts. There is a Tuition/Finance Committee that you may request a confidential meeting with if special arrangements need to be made. Please contact the Principal, Mike Slaughter or Deb Walsh in the Business Office if necessary.
PARTICIPATION IN MCHS FUNDRAISERS
Each student is required to participate in only one fundraiser during the 2019 - 2020 school year. They will be assigned to sell a quota of Cash Calendars. Any portion of the student quota not met, must be paid in order to take 1st Semester Exams.
Tuition is charged on a quarterly basis. Unused tuition payments are refunded at the time of a student’s withdrawal. Fees are non-refundable in most cases. The Principal will make the final decision.
ATHLETIC FEES/MISCELLANEOUS STUDENT CHARGES
All Athletic Fees are payable prior to participation in the first game or event of the season. Miscellaneous student charges and fines are due before any student is allowed to take semester exams.
