FINANCIAL POLICIES
2016 - 2017

The Registration Process for all students enrolling in the 2016 -2017 School Year begins in the early Spring of 2016.  The Academic Dean will be in contact with returning families, and the Director of Advancement will assist incoming families. In order to finalize registration, the Online RenWeb Enrollment Process must be completed, along with submission of the Enrollment Fee, $100 per child.

*Only those families that have submitted the Online Enrollment Package and Enrollment Fee are eligible for 2016 -2017 financial aid and scholarship funds.


IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:

FRIDAY,  APRIL 1, 2016

All Financial Aid/Scholarship information is due. Please refer to the Financial Aid/Scholarship Information page for details regarding this process. 

FRIDAY, JULY 8, 2016 

The first tuition payment for all families is due by JULY 8, 2016. (July 5, 2016 or July 20, 2016 for those families enrolled in the FACTS Automatic Payment Plan.)

MONDAY, AUGUST 1, 2016

All Activity and Course Fees ($350 underclassmen/$425 seniors) must be paid to the school Business Office. No student will be issued a schedule unless this fee is paid in full.

PAYMENT POLICIES FOR THE 2016 -2017 SCHOOL YEAR

According to School Board Policy, students whose tuition payments are not current throughout the school year will not be allowed to take finals exams, begin a new semester, or graduate.  No report cards or official transcripts are issued on past due accounts. There is a Tuition/Finance Committee that you may request a confidential meeting with if special arrangements need to be made. Please contact the Principal or Business Manager if necessary.

PARTICIPATION IN MCHS FUNDRAISERS

Each student is required to participate in only one fundraiser during the 2016 - 2017 school year. They will be assigned to sell a quota of Cash Calendars. Any portion of the student quota not met, must be paid in order to take 1st Semester Exams.

TUITION/FEE REFUNDS 

Tuition is charged on a quarterly basis. Unused tuition payments are refunded at the time of a student’s withdrawal. Fees are non-refundable in most cases. The Business Manager and/or Principal will make the final decision. 

ATHLETIC FEES/MISCELLANEOUS STUDENT CHARGES 

All Athletic Fees are payable prior to participation in the first game or event.  Miscellaneous student charges and fines are due before any student is allowed to take semester exams.
