Marquette Catholic High Holds Clay Shoot

posted Jun 14 2016 10:39 PM

It's almost time again for Marquette Catholic High School to hold their annual Sporting Clay Fundraiser. Each year the high school raises money by holding a clay target shoot. Targets, shells, coffee, donuts, and lunch is all included in the fee for the event.  This year's event will be held on Saturday, June 25 at Nilo Farms.

Marquette Development Assistant Mary Hough tells The Big Z the day starts at 7:30.

The grand prize is a Remington Model 11-87 Sportsman Camo 12-gauge Shotgun courtesy of Sam's Pawn Shop. The registration fee for the event is $110 for an adult, $70 for a junior, or $160 for a parent or guardian to shoot with a student. To compete in the junior league you must be 18 or under.  For registration information, follow the link: https://secure.marquettecatholic.org/page/contribute/sporting-clay
