There are many ways you can help make this event a success!
 
  • Sponsorships - We have many different levels of sponsorships available. This is an opportunity to promote your business and support Marquette.
 
  • Donations - Donations are needed for our silent and oral auction.  Items donated in the past have included but not limited to gift certificates, jewelry, restaurant gift cards, home furnishings, vacations, and parties...  You can make your own basket or donate an individual item and we will add other donations to create a basket.  Donate individually or as a group.  Need some ideas for a basket or oral auction item? Check out our "wish list".  Donations can be dropped off at Marquette Catholic High School in the Development Office or mailed to Marquette Explorer Club/Auction P.O. Box 311 Alton, Il 62002.  Donations are requested to be turned in by March 9th.  Donation pick up can also be arranged. 
 
  •  Attend - Join in the fun!  This is a night to mingle with old friends, meet some new and perhaps find something you have to have!  Tables fill up quickly, so get your table reservations in early.  You can purchase your tickets online.
 
  • Volunteer - This is a great way to get your service hours.  There are many ways to help out leading up to, during, and after the auction.  Is your child involved in a school club or sport?  We are looking for a parent from each club and sports team to organize a basket or donated item.  Be on the lookout for future emails with Signup Genius links for other opportunities to help.
 
Last year's online catalog and bidding was a huge success.  We will open the Auction website early so you can see all the fabulous items available for bidding.  The success of this event is directly affected by your participation.  Please find your way to help. If you are unsure of how to help, join us at one of the Explorer Club meetings.  They are on the second Tuesday of the month.  Auction planning meetings start at 6 pm and the general meeting at 7 pm.  These meetings are a great way to find out what is going on and how you can help your student's school.
